How should I book my hotel?

Your registration confirmation email will include a special link to book at nearby partner hotels with exclusive attendee rates. Be sure to book by May 22, 2026. Pricing and availability cannot be guaranteed after this date. 
Please note we will not be securing rooms on your behalf and special rates are for registered attendees only. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before arrival are eligible for a full refund. One night's room rate plus tax will be charged at the time of booking.

You can access exclusive attendee rates at the Hyatt Regency Denver, Sheraton Denver Downtown, and Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver, all conveniently located within walking distance of the Colorado Convention Center. Booking links are provided in your event registration confirmation email.
