Dr. Jill Paslier, PharmD, CSP, FISMP, is a healthcare consultant specializing in specialty pharmacy, mail order pharmacy, and retail pharmacy. She is the CEO and Founder of Specia and Paslier Consulting LLC. She also has experience with Institute for Safe Medication Practices (ISMP) and MetaStar. Dr. Paslier earned her PharmD from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy in 2014 and completed the ISMP International Safe Medication Management Fellowship in 2021. She holds certifications in Medication Safety, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Specialty Pharmacist, and Google Project Management. Dr. Paslier offers expertise in accreditation, specialty pharmacy clinical workflows, operational program development, policy writing, project management, and medication safety.
