All hotel packages include the following:

  • One standard king or double room for up to two adults and two children 17 and under (children aged 5 and under are free).
  • Passes for all Continuing Education sessions** for up to two adults.
  • Passes, for up to two adults and two children 17 and under, for all show activities including the Welcome Reception and Final Night Party.
  • Meals (breakfast and lunch Thursday through Saturday, and dinner on Thursday at the Welcome Reception and Saturday at the Final Night Party).
  • Camp McKesson (for children aged 3–17).

Package add-ons

Additional adult attendee: $1,300

Get an additional pass that includes all show activities for one adult for the duration of your stay, including Continuing Education sessions**, Final Night Party and meals.

Additional youth attendee: $200

Includes all show activities for one additional child (aged 6–17) for the duration of your stay, including Final Night Party and meals.

Additional hotel nights: $300

The group rate for a standard king or double room is $300 per night (tax included). This rate applies for up to three days before and after the event based on availability. Room nights beyond these dates are subject to a rate increase. Charges related to additional nights will be added to your registration and billed through your DC, or to your credit card, depending on the payment method selected.

A la Carte options

Day pass for local attendees: $100

Includes exhibit floor access and meals for one adult for one day. Continuing Education sessions and Final Night Party tickets are an additional charge. The cost per CE session is as follows: $10 for 1.0 hour, $15 for 1.5 hours, $20 for 2.0 hours.**

Final Night Party ticket: $150 ($50 for children ages 6–17) per person
