Erin Michael, MBA, MS, CPhT, FAPC
Director of Member Engagement

Erin Michael, MBA, MS, CPhT, FAPC, joined PCCA in July 2006. During her tenure at PCCA, she has served as a Territory Manager, Member Development Specialist, CPMS Marketing Consultant, Regional Manager, Director of Outside Sales and currently holds the position of Director of Member Engagement. Erin has been working in pharmacy for more than 25 years, of which 23 have been in compounding and promoting the practice of pharmacy. She previously worked for an independent pharmacy owner where she was the General Manager of multiple locations. Erin was instrumental in developing and implementing programs to promote and grow the compounding and traditional parts of that business. She holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration and an MS in Hospitality Management. She has been recognized as PCCA Technician of the Month in August 1999, California Pharmacists Association Technician of the Year in 2003 and was the first Technician to receive the California Pharmacists Association Steven Feldman Compounder of the Year award in 2020.

Sara Hover, RPh, joined the PCCA Clinical Services team June 2013, and was promoted to manager of clinical services in 2021, director in 2023 and senior director in 2025. As a clinical compounding pharmacist for PCCA, she has the opportunity to share all of her knowledge of compounding with pharmacists all over the US and Canada. PCCA has always provided her as a pharmacist/business owner with the tools to succeed. Now on the other side of the fence as a team member of PCCA, she is honored to continue this superior service to other PCCA members. Sara loves to educate pharmacists and physicians on a variety of topics including women’s health, hormone replacement and compounding options to improve patient’s lives.
