As the premier community pharmacy event in the country, McKesson ideaShare welcomes all members of the independent pharmacy community, including staff, families, and children.
We heard you loud and clear. The answer is YES. We are excited to say that families – including spouses and children – will be able to visit the exhibit floor, take part in every meal, and join us for our Final Night Party.
The only restriction is that families will not be permitted to attend educational sessions including general sessions, CE sessions, lunch and learns, roundtable discussions, and breakout sessions.
We have discontinued Camp McKesson, but we are working on an opportunity to offer licensed childcare via a third party organization for an additional fee. Space will be limited and pre-registration will be required.

Yes, there will be an additional cost to you for childcare. More information and pricing will be available when we go live with registration on March 30.
Yes. We will provide multiple opportunities to order products throughout the show floor via McKesson Connect. To place an order on-site, please make sure to have your McKesson Connect login information readily available.
Not this year. McKesson ideaShare will be a three-day event from June 22-25 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.
Registration
We offer a few different pass opportunities. From the full conference pass to guest passes, you can find pricing information here.
The OneStop Generics Rebate is 2% of total OneStop purchases for the duration of the rebate, up to $6,000 in total payment. For example, a customer that’s eligible to earn 5 months of rebates will stop earning rebates if they’ve received $6,000 in the first 3 months. Learn more here.
After you register for McKesson ideaShare, you will receive a link in your registration confirmation email. This link will allow you to secure special rates at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino. Please note that we will not be securing hotel rooms on your behalf and that rooms are for registered attendees only.
Registration for McKesson ideaShare will open on March 30.
You must pay for McKesson ideaShare in full with a credit card at the time of registration. We accept all major credit cards. You will not be able to complete registration without payment in full.
Yes. There is a 100% registration refund if cancelled by May 31. There is a 50% registration refund if cancelled between June 1 and June 21.
Cancellations beyond June 22 are non-refundable.
Registration will close on June 16. If you miss the registration deadline, you can register on-site beginning June 22 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino.
Travel & Hotel
After you register for McKesson ideaShare, you will receive a link in your registration confirmation email. This link will allow you to secure special rates at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino.
Special Hotel Rate: $200 + resort fees and taxes
Please note that we will not be securing hotel rooms on your behalf and that rooms are for registered attendees only.
The special hotel rate is $200 + $35 resort fee and taxes. This can only be accessed through the link in your registration confirmation email.
Hotel room cutoff date is May 26, which means the hotel cannot guarantee any rooms past this date. All rooms within the room block are first-come, first-served and are subject to availability.
The hotel will allow cancelations without penalty up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel without 72-hours notice or do not show up for your reservation, you will be charged for the first night’s room rate plus tax. Any remaining nights of a no-show reservation will be automatically canceled without additional penalty.
The nearest airport to the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino is the Harry Reid International Airport, located 3.2 miles away from the hotel.
If you’re flying into Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), there are multiple options to choose from, including rideshare services, taxi services and rental cars.
Continuing Education (CE)

Absolutely. CE courses are a major part of the McKesson ideaShare experience and they will return in 2023. You will be able to earn up to ten (10) CEU hours during the show.
Pre-registration is not required for Continuing Education (CE) courses. Customers with a full conference pass will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Continuing Education for McKesson ideaShare 2023 has been accredited by CEI, an ACPE-accredited provider of continuing pharmacy education. If you attend a session, you MUST complete the online requirements to obtain your CE credit. You have 30 days from when you attend the session to obtain CE credit.
This deadline is non-negotiable due to the CPE Monitor reporting timelines.
Redeem your credit from Health Mart University: If you are a Health Mart® customer, claim your credit by logging in to myHealthMart.com and accessing Health Mart University℠ (HMU). Enter the code provided in the “Enter CPE Code or Access Code” box. Click SUBMIT. Complete the evaluation as prompted and click SUBMIT to send your information to CPE Monitor.
