Families are an essential part of the independent pharmacy community, and we’re delighted to welcome them back to McKesson ideaShare!
Many McKesson ideaShare attendees make the show a family affair, and there’s no shortage of things to do on a Las Vegas vacation. As for the show itself, we’ve put together a couple of options that might make sense for your family.
- Guest Conference Pass (ages 6 and up) – $899: This pass provides access to the expo hall, all meals, and the Final Night Party. Browse the latest products and services from top pharmacy vendors, network with other community pharmacies, and dance the night away with Boyz II Men.
- Guest Conference Pass (5 and under) – Free: The same pass with the same benefits, only free for children age 5 and under.
- Wild Safari Adventure with KiddieCorp – $50/Day Per Child: We have partnered with KiddieCorp, a premier provider of children’s programs for events, to offer daily childcare for children ages 3 through 17. Children must be potty-trained to take part in the Wild Safari Adventure.
Wild Safari Adventure Details
Our safari adventure promises to be an unforgettable experience for your little ones. They will be transported to the heart of the jungle, surrounded by brightly colored animal play huts and jungle decor that will make them feel like they’re really on safari.
We have an exciting lineup of activities planned for your kids during the two days at McKesson ideaShare.
From Animal Pictionary to a scavenger hunt safari for ancient hidden gold, we have everything your little explorers need to fuel their imaginations. And what’s a safari without binoculars and wild animal masks? Your kids will get to make their own during our wild adventures!
They understand that each child is unique, which is why they offer activities appropriate for each age group. The program allows children to make their own choices, so they can explore their interests and engage in activities that are meaningful to them.
Who is KiddieCorp?
KiddieCorp is in its 37th year of providing high-quality children’s programs and youth services to conventions, trade shows, and special events. We take caring for your children very seriously. KiddieCorp has enjoyed a long-time partnership with the American Academy of Pediatrics, which has helped to establish KiddieCorp as a premier provider of event children’s program services.
KiddieCorp’s goal is to provide your children with a comfortable, safe, and happy experience. Their staff-to-child ratios are high to ensure that every child feels special (1:5 for children ages 3 through 5 years old; 1:7 for children ages 6 through 12 years old; 1:10 for children ages 13 through 17 years old). KiddieCorp team members are selected according to their integrity, experience, education, and enthusiasm.
When, Who and Where
The program is for children ages 3 through 17 years old. The dates for the program are June 22 – 24, 2023 and will be located in Bayside A, right next to the McKesson ideaShare exhibit hall. Snacks and water will be provided and meals need to be supplied by parents. Children may be checked-in and out for meals and can partake in McKesson ideaShare meal functions.
Medication (including sunscreen) will NOT be administered by KiddieCorp management or staff.
