Meet Your Speaker

Annie Eisenbeis, PharmD, MBA
Director of Practice Development, The Missouri Pharmacy Association
Lead Network Facilitator, CPESN Missouri

Dr. Annie Eisenbeis received her Doctorate of Pharmacy from the St. Louis College of Pharmacy and her Executive MBA from the University of Missouri Trulaske School of Business. She currently works as the Director of Practice Development at the Missouri Pharmacy Association and as the Lead Network Facilitator for CPESN Missouri. The programs under Dr. Eisenbeis’ management involve adapting innovative models and implementing step-by-step approaches for sustainable and scalable systems change. These include incorporating health equity services into community pharmacy and public health spaces. In collaboration with CPESN Health Equity, she oversaw the design and implementation of Missouri’s Pharmacy Vaccine Gap Closure program that included addressing vaccine hesitancy through longitudinal education on Med Sync calls with pharmacist and pharmacy technicians trained as Community Health Workers (CHW). In the first nine months of the program, over 80,000 interventions were completed by community pharmacy teams across Missouri with a significant number of vaccine gaps closed through care coordination for some of the most vulnerable and underserved patients in the state. Dr. Eisenbeis believes it is an honor and privilege to contribute to the growth of pharmacy services during this dynamic time for patient care and the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
