Marsha Millonig, MBA, BPharm

Marsha Millonig is the President/CEO of Catalyst Enterprises, LLC, a health care consulting firm dedicated to creating change toward improved health outcomes. Marsha is also an associate fellow of the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy’s Center for Leading Healthcare Change. Before starting her firm, Marsha was with the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) and the Healthcare Distribution Management Association (HDMA, now HAD). She a practicing pharmacist and pharmacist immunizer as a relief pharmacist for community pharmacies in the Twin Cities. She co-authored a book with William Tindall, PhD on innovative pharmacist services called “Pharmaceutical Care: Insights from Community Pharmacists.” Her latest work, “100 MTM Tips for Pharmacists” is available as an e-book at the Apple Store, Amazon Kindle, Barnes and Noble and Kobo Canada.

Brooklyn Morgan, PharmD, is the Director of State Policy at the National Alliance of State Pharmacy Associations (NASPA). An Alabama native, she graduated from Samford University’s McWhorter School of Pharmacy in 2023. Following her passion for advancing the pharmacy profession through policy and advocacy, Brooklyn relocated to Washington, D.C., to serve as the 2023-2024 Executive Resident at the National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA). In her current role at NASPA, she engages with members and stakeholders to address the ongoing challenges pharmacists face. Brooklyn has been recognized for her professionalism and leadership, receiving the Joseph O. Dean Jr. Student Professionalism Award from the Alabama Pharmacy Association in 2022. Beyond her professional endeavors, she enjoys traveling and aims to visit 50 countries before turning 50, having already explored 17.

Dr. Randy McDonough is Co-owner/CEO of Towncrest, Solon Towncrest, Towncrest LTC, Towncrest Wellness Apothecary, Bennett Pharmacy, and Cornerstone Apothecary Pharmacies. He is also co-founder/co-owner of Innovative Pharmacy Solutions and Professor of Pharmacy Management and Innovation at Loma Linda University School of Pharmacy. He is responsible for development, implementation, and quality assurance for all aspects of the clinic and services. He is board certified in geriatrics and as a pharmacotherapy specialist. His areas of interest include community-based outcomes research, student development, residency training, geriatrics, new business models for service delivery, and developing and implementing patient care services.
Greg Reybold, JD
Vice President of Healthcare Policy and General Counsel

Greg Reybold is the Vice President of Healthcare Policy and General Counsel at the American Pharmacy Cooperative, Inc. (APCI), where he leads the development of healthcare policy and manages legal strategies at both state and federal levels. Prior to joining APCI in September 2021, Greg served as General Counsel and Vice President of Public Policy for the Georgia Pharmacy Association (GPhA), where he was instrumental in drafting pioneering legislation to regulate pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), including the nation’s first Pharmacy Patient Protection Act in 2017 and anti-steering legislation in 2019. A graduate of Emory University School of Law, Greg is a recognized expert on PBM issues and has consulted with various organizations on related legislation. He is also active on social media, advocating for patient access to care, pharmacist support, and PBM reform.
