As the premier community pharmacy event in the country, McKesson ideaShare welcomes all members of the independent pharmacy community, including staff, families, and children.

McKesson ideaShare will be held from July 10-12, 2025, at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Absolutely. Families – including partners, spouses and children – will be able to take part in all aspects of McKesson ideaShare. The only restriction is that children under the age of 13 on the Youth Conference Pass will be unable to attend CE sessions.

Yes, we have partnered with KiddieCorp, a premier provider of children’s programs for events, to offer daily childcare for children ages 3 through 17. Children must be potty-trained. You can register your children for these programs by completing a separate registration on the KiddieCorp website. That link will be available soon.

Yes, the childcare service costs $50 per day.

Yes. We will provide multiple opportunities to order products throughout the show floor via McKesson Connect and on your mobile device via the McKesson Connect Mobile Companion.

To place orders on-site, please make sure to have your McKesson Connect login information readily available.

No, you will need to book your hotel separately. After you register for McKesson ideaShare, you will receive a special link in your registration confirmation email. This link will allow you to secure a special rates at the Gaylord Opryland. Please note that we will not be securing hotel rooms on your behalf and that rooms are for registered attendees only.

Registration for McKesson ideaShare will open on April 8, 2025.

You must pay for McKesson ideaShare in full with a credit card at the time of registration. We accept all major credit cards. You will not be able to complete registration without payment in full.

Yes, you can cancel by June 15 to avoid penalty. Cancellations beyond this date are non-refundable.

Registration will close on June 15. If you miss the registration deadline, you can register on-site beginning July 10 at the Gaylord Opryland.

Travel & Hotel

No, you will need to book your hotel separately. After you register for McKesson ideaShare, you will receive a special link in your registration confirmation email. This link will allow you to secure a special rates at the Gaylord Opryland. Please note that we will not be securing hotel rooms on your behalf and that rooms are for registered attendees only.

Yes, you can access special rates at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. You can book your room(s) at this rate by following your link provided in your registration confirmation email.

Hotel room cutoff date is June 15, which means the hotel cannot guarantee any rooms past this date. All rooms within the room block are first-come, first-served and are subject to availability.

The Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center requires a cancellation at least 72 hours before arrival to receive a refund. Reservations are charged for one night’s room and tax when booked.

The nearest airport is the Nashville International Airport (BNA), located ~7 miles away from the convention center. It’s a roughly 10-15 minute drive.

If you’re flying into Nashville International Airport (BNA), there are multiple options to choose from, including rideshare services, taxi services and rental cars.

Continuing Education (CE)

Absolutely. CE courses are a major part of the McKesson ideaShare experience and they will return in 2025. You will be able to earn up to eleven (11) CE hours during the show.

Pre-registration is not required for Continuing Education (CE) courses. Customers with a full conference pass will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Continuing Education for McKesson ideaShare 2025 has been accredited by CEI, an ACPE-accredited provider of continuing pharmacy education. If you attend a session, you MUST complete the online requirements to obtain your CE credit. You have 30 days from when you attend the session to obtain CE credit.

This deadline is non-negotiable due to the CPE Monitor reporting timelines.

Redeem your credit from Health Mart University: If you are a Health Mart® customer, claim your credit by logging in to myHealthMart.com and accessing Health Mart University℠ (HMU). Enter the code provided in the “Enter CPE Code or Access Code” box. Click SUBMIT. Complete the evaluation as prompted and click SUBMIT to send your information to CPE Monitor.
