Last year was the first in-person McKesson ideaShare since the COVID-19 pandemic. Buoyed by the dramatically shifting landscape, we introduced a new era of McKesson ideaShare over a three-day span at the Gaylord National Harbor in Washington, D.C.
Powered by a new theme of where independents connect, the event empowered current and future independent pharmacists to foster deeper connections, discover ways to innovate and thrive, and strengthen their collective voice.
To that end, we introduced roundtable interactive discussions to encourage pharmacists to engage with one another and exchange ideas.
We were also thrilled to welcome special guest speaker Dan Pink, who shared five actionable business lessons with attendees that they could take back to their pharmacies. It was a valuable opportunity to learn from one of the foremost experts on the changing world of work and business.
And of course, no McKesson ideaShare would be complete without a celebration. To cap off the event, we had an amazing performance by Kool & The Gang, which provided a fun and memorable experience for all attendees.
