Attendees* are eligible for a McKesson OneStop GenericsTM 3% rebate up to $20,000, August–December 2017 (extended through January 2018 for attendees who registered by April 30). Check out the video to learn how you can take advantage of the savings.


All conference events will be at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

Event packages include hotel accommodations within a reasonable distance from the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Continuous shuttle transportation will be provided for those who do not wish to walk and limited pedicabs will also be available.

Please note: Hotel assignments will be made based on your travel dates and property availability**. Due to the popularity of this year’s event, we are unable to accommodate specific hotel requests. A final confirmation email including your hotel and confirmation number will be sent in early July.

All packages include the following for up to two adults and two children 17 and under (kids five and under are free) staying in the same room: standard king or double room (+ tax) for nights selected and all show activities for the duration of your stay including Continuing Education sessions***, Final Night Party, meals and Camp McKesson.

Hotel and event package additions:

Additional hotel nights
The group rate for a standard king or double room is $300 per night (tax included). This rate applies for up to three days before and after the event based on availability. Room nights beyond these dates are subject to a rate increase. Charges related to additional nights will be added to your registration and billed through your DC, or to your credit card, depending on the payment method selected.

Includes all show activities for one adult for the duration of your stay, including Continuing Education sessions***, Final Night Party and meals.

Day pass (local attendees)
Includes exhibit floor access and meals per adult, per day. Continuing Education sessions and Final Night Party tickets are an additional charge. The cost per CE session is as follows: $10 for 1.0 hour, $15 for 1.5 hours, $20 for 2.0 hours. See below for the cost of a Final Night Party ticket.
