We are offering hotel accommodation options* with special rates for McKesson ideaShare attendees at the following hotels. Each offers its own unique New Orleans experience.
Sheraton New Orleans — Located on one of the most celebrated parade routes in the world, this contemporary hotel is just a few blocks from many city sights you’ll want to see — from the French Quarter and Bourbon Street to the Riverwalk and Warehouse District. The hotel is ¾ mile (15-minute walk) from the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Continuous shuttle transportation will be provided for those who do not wish to walk; limited pedicabs will also be available.
Hilton New Orleans St. Charles Avenue — Just added! This stunning 1920s French Quarter hotel is situated just a few minutes from the French Quarter and Arts District and six blocks (20-minute walk) from the Convention Center. Discover renovated rooms, stylish dining, and fantastic leisure facilities in the heart of New Orleans’ Central Business District near entertainment, music venues and attractions. Continuous shuttle transportation will be provided for those who do not wish to walk; limited pedicabs will also be available.
Hotel Monteleone — Just added! Since 1886 this iconic New Orleans hotel, set in the heart of the historic French Quarter and home to the world-famous Carousel Bar, has provided luxury and historic accommodations for visitors to New Orleans. Located one block from Bourbon Street, three blocks from the Mississippi River and one mile (20-minute walk) from the Convention Center. Continuous shuttle transportation from the hotel and nearby Sheraton New Orleans will be provided for those who do not wish to walk; limited pedicabs will also be available.

Hotel and event packages:
All packages include the following for up to two adults and two children 17 and under (kids five and under are free) staying in the same room: standard king or double room (+ tax) for nights selected and all show activities for the duration of your stay including Continuing Education sessions**, Final Night Party, meals and Camp McKesson.

Additional hotel nights
The group rate for a standard king or double room is $300 per night (tax included). This rate applies for up to three days before and after the event based on availability. Room nights beyond these dates are subject to a rate increase. Charges related to additional nights will be added to your registration and billed through your DC, or to your credit card, depending on the payment method selected.
Additional adult attendee
Includes all show activities for one adult for the duration of your stay, including Continuing Education sessions**, Final Night Party and meals.
Additional youth attendee
Includes all show activities per additional child/teen 6–17 years of age for the duration of your stay, including Final Night Party, Camp McKesson and meals.
Á la carte options
Day pass (local attendees)
Includes exhibit floor access and meals per adult, per day. Continuing Education sessions and Final Night Party tickets are an additional charge. The cost per CE session is as follows: $10 for 1.0 hour, $15 for 1.5 hours, $20 for 2.0 hours. See below for the cost of a Final Night Party ticket.

All payments will be processed after the event. The last day to cancel without penalty is June 30, 2017.
