Johnathan Hamrick, PharmD.
Lead Network Facilitator

Dr. Johnathan Hamrick is an experienced pharmacist and industry leader specializing in pharmacy operations, inventory management, and clinical services. Currently serving as the Pharmacist in Charge at Carter’s Pharmacy in Smyrna, GA and the Lead Network Facilitator for CPESN Georgia, he plays a pivotal role in advancing community pharmacy practice. With over a decade of experience in independent pharmacy, academia, and leadership roles, Dr. Hamrick has guided numerous pharmacies in optimizing workflow, medication adherence programs, and incorporating clinical services. His background includes serving as Director of Introductory Pharmacy Practice Experiences at Mercer University College of Pharmacy and contributing to various national and state pharmacy organizations.
Thomas Sherrer, PharmD.
Co-Owner/Pharmacist-in-Charge
Poole’s Pharmacy
Thomas Sherrer is a 2015 graduate of Mercer University College of Pharmacy and a 2010 graduate of the University of Georgia Terry School of Business. He is co-owner of Poole’s Pharmacy in Marietta, Georgia and Carters Pharmacy in Smyrna, Georgia. He is also the owner of Dallas Prescription Shop in Dallas, Georgia. He has held multiple committee positions with the Georgia Pharmacy Association and the National Community Pharmacist Association. He currently serves as a member of the Georgia Pharmacy Association Board of Directors, Chairman of the Georgia Pharmacy Foundation, and as a member of the Board of Directors for CPESN Georgia. Thomas is also Immediate Past President of the Mercer University College of Pharmacy alumni board. He precepts students from both Mercer University College of Pharmacy and University of Georgia College of Pharmacy.

Shortly after both the exam and evaluation are successfully completed and submitted, the CPE Statement of Credit can be accessed on CPE Monitor at www.MyCPEMonitor.net.
*CEimpact provides two (2) opportunities to complete the exam. The learner will not receive CPE credit after two failed attempts.
